Welcome....

We are a small family friendly tennis club located on Beckfoot Lane, Bingley. Beckfoot Tennis Club was established in 1946 and merged with Bingley Tennis Club (formerly Bailey Hills) in 2013 which means we were 70 years old in 2016.

We always welcome new members of all ages and ability, we play social tennis Wednesday evenings with tournaments and club social events on several Sundays throughout the Summer.

We are an active club in the local tennis leagues. We have several teams in each league with different formats comprising of mixed, ladies and men’s teams in the Bradford Parks League, Bradford Friendly League and Wharfedale Leagues.

We strive to keep our fees to a minimum and have great discounts for families, you can come along up to three times as a guest before deciding if you would like to join. See the Contact Us page.

Our members are of all abilities from beginners to good club standard. With social tennis and teams of all ability in local leagues we can accommodate all levels.

The tennis club's aim is to provide a friendly fun environment for everybody to enjoy tennis.

THE SECOND POUND CLUB DRAW OF 2019 WAS ON 6 OCT AND WAS WON BY NIGEL RICHARDS

THE AGM WAS HELD ON SUNDAY 19 JANUARY 2020

The courts are now open!
Doubles play is possible.
None of the leagues have started yet, but organised social tennis takes place Wed from 5pm and Saturday mornings.

Once the situation becomes clear we will have a committee meeting to discuss tournaments, leagues, pound club, renovation of the courts, subscriptions etc.

Once we find out how much tennis we can play in 2020 a decision will be made on Subscriptions and the pound club - however please bear in mind that however short the season is we still have to lay shale, commission the sprinklers, pay isurance etc
